The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.24% White, 2.17% African American, 0.54% Native American, 1.09% Asian, 0.54% Pacific Islander, 2.17% from other races, and 9.24% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.89% of the population.
There were 97 households out of which 23.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 26.8% were married couples living together, 8.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 61.9% were non-families. 46.4% of all households were made up of individuals and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.90 and the average family size was 2.92.
