Academy of Fine Arts and Design, Ljubljana
The Academy of Fine Arts and Design (, also known with the acronym ALUO), is a prestigious art academy and institution based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.[1] It is part of the University of Ljubljana.
Over the years many of Slovenia's most noted painters and artists have taught or been a member of the academy. From 1945 to 1961, Bo idar Jakac taught graphic arts at the academy where he also served as a dean three times. The current dean of the Academy is Stane Bernik.
